We also achieved strong growth in SEM performance, scaling conversions while reducing costs. By refining targeting and optimising bidding strategies, we delivered a 290% increase in SEM conversions, all while reducing the cost per conversion by 48%.
Furthermore, we maintained cost-efficiency across campaigns, with a 5% reduction in cost per lead quarter-on-quarter and a 36% decrease year-on-year. These improvements ensured that as Rest Your Paws expanded into new regions, they continued to grow sustainably without exceeding budget targets.
